Gemini CLI is retired: what to switch to
Gemini CLI was retired in June 2026, so if it was your daily agent the move is simply to pick another one - and the good news is NapCat watches whatever you switch to, no reconfiguration.

Gemini CLI is no longer being developed. If your workflow leaned on it, you don’t need to rebuild everything - just point yourself at a coding agent that’s actively maintained and carry on.
