A useful record, not another leaderboard
The contribution map answers a practical question: how did your agent work change over time? Hover a day to see its total agent time, sessions, prompts and provider breakdown. A small summary keeps today, the past week and the current streak easy to scan.
Across the tools you already use
Activity fills while Claude, Codex, Cursor and other watched agents work. It is part of the same local monitor that powers the notch, so you do not need to move your sessions into a separate workspace. See the current agent support list for the exact level of context available from each provider.
Private by default
The history is stored on your Mac. Choose how long to keep it, from a shorter window up to two years, or clear the complete history in one action. Prompt and response text are not part of the Activity record.
Questions
What does NapCat Activity count?
It records daily agent working time, session count, prompt count, finished work and provider totals from the sessions NapCat watches.
Does Activity upload my prompts?
No. The Activity map is local and does not store prompt or response text. Optional product analytics is a separate setting and is off by default.
How much history can I keep?
The main view shows 53 weeks. You can configure local retention up to two years and clear the history whenever you want.
