Install in three moves

Open and drag.
Open the downloaded DMG and drag the cat into the Applications folder sitting right next to it.
Open NapCat.
Launch it from Applications like any other Mac app. macOS will ask for Accessibility permission when NapCat needs it to return you to an active session.
Meet the cat.
NapCat lives in the menu bar (no Dock icon). The full-screen tour starts on first launch; ⌥⌘N naps, ⌥⌘A opens the agents panel.

Updates take care of themselves

NapCat checks this site for signed updates and installs them in place. You can also check manually from the menu-bar cat under Check for Updates.
