# NapCat > NapCat is a local-first macOS menu-bar app that turns the MacBook notch into a live view of Claude Code, Codex, and other AI coding agents, alongside media, focus, shortcuts, and screen-nap controls. NapCat for Mac is an independent product operated by Huzaifa Saleem. It is not affiliated with Apple, Anthropic, OpenAI, or NapCatQQ.
